Healthy Roasted Wedges
Who doesn't love fries or wedges.. all of us do.
Here is a tried and tested recipe for roasted fries for a snack option for kids.
Recipe:
Take 2 large potatoes and scrub them well. Cut them into wedges and soak in water.
Drain the potatoes and add oil, salt, pepper and garlic.
Bake it in the oven till it turns golden brown.
Add chaat masala, coriander and some cheese (optional)
Serve hot.
